"Probably won’t order from here again"
My first order was kind of a hassle, and when I reached out for help, support felt slow. Just didn’t feel worth giving it another try for me.
"Tracking could’ve been a lot better"
The parts did arrive in good shape, so no complaints there. But the tracking was frustrating. It didn’t update for several days, and then all of a sudden it switched to “out for delivery.” Maybe it’s not a big deal if you’re not in a rush, but when you’re waiting on parts you actually need soon, that lack of updates makes the whole thing more stressful than it should be

The install ended up being harder than I expected. The instructions were kinda confusing ngl, so I had to reread them a few times before figuring it out.

"Warranty issue finally got "sorted""
Had a warranty claim that needed fixing, and they did get it sorted in the end. It took a few days though, so not super quick, but at least they handled it and got the issue "fixed"

"Decent site, but availability can be spotty"
I was able to find a few of the parts I needed, but a couple were out of stock, so it was a bit hit or miss. The order process was fine, and I got the confirmation email and receipt quickly, which was helpful. Just wish more of the parts I needed had been available

"Pretty accurate descriptions, but room to improve"
I ordered some parts from Flip Manufacturing, and I’ll give them credit — the product descriptions were accurate and matched what I received, which made the whole process a lot less stressful. No guessing or surprises there. That said, the overall experience wasn’t exactly amazing or anything, and I think they could still make the site or ordering process a bit smoother. But as far as getting what was described, they did a solid job

"Worked fine, shipping felt a little slow"
My gut says this was a decent buy overall. The part fit my mower just fine and did what I needed it to do, but the shipping took a little longer than I was hoping. Not a huge deal, just something I noticed

"At least they fixed it fast"
I was annoyed that I had to deal with an issue in the first place, but they got back to me really quickly and sorted it out without dragging it on. Wish it hadn’t happened, but I’ll give them credit for handling it fast.

I was relieved when my order showed up exactly right. It’s such a small thing, but it made me feel like they actually paid attention, and that really matters to me.

"Had a good feeling about it, and it held up"
I ordered a replacement part from flipmfg.com, right out of the box it just felt like a solid buy. It fit the way it was supposed to without any messing around, and the metal didn’t have that cheap, flimsy feel some parts do. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, including some rough use, and it’s still doing fine. My gut says this is one of those parts that’ll last a while. Happy with it overall.

"Problem got sorted faster than I expected"
My order had an issue at first — one of the parts wasn’t right. I’ll be honest, I usually don’t have much faith in customer service because it can turn into a whole runaround, but Flip MFG actually got back to me quickly. They sent out the correct part and kept me updated along the way. It did add a little extra time, but they fixed it without making it a hassle. I’d give them 4 stars.

"Couldn’t Find the Parts I Needed"
Trying to find the right replacement parts was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. The selection felt really limited, and what was there was kind of confusing to sort through. I just wanted a simple replacement, but it ended up feeling like a hassle.

"Return worked out, but the wording was misleading"
I had to return a part, and the refund did eventually come through, so that part was fine. It just took longer than I expected, especially based on how the return process was worded. It made it sound like things would move faster than they actually did. Support did answer me, but not very quickly. Overall, it was okay, just a little frustrating.

"Packaging was disappointing"
My order did show up on time, so I’ll give them that, but the packaging was disappointing. The box looked rough when it got here, like it had been thrown around, and one corner was almost crushed in.
There was barely any padding inside, so the parts were sliding around all over the place. Thankfully nothing was completely broken, but a few pieces had little marks on them, which was frustrating.
I also tried asking about it and kept getting inconsistent answers, which just made the whole thing more annoying. For what I paid, I expected way better packing and clearer support. Stuff shouldn’t arrive looking like it barely survived the trip.

"Delivery Promise Wasn’t Kept"
I ordered expecting it to arrive when they said it would, but that definitely didn’t happen. The shipping was way too slow, and it showed up late after they made it seem like it would be on time. Frustrating when a delivery promise just gets ignored...

"Pretty clear and easy to work with"
I had a good experience with Flip Mfg. From my side, the communication was easy to understand, and I didn’t really feel like I had to keep following up to get answers. There was one email that took a little longer than I expected, but overall they explained everything clearly and made the process simple enough to follow.

"The website is such a pain to use!!!"
I tried to find the parts I needed, but the site was super clunky and confusing!!! The filters weren’t really helping, and some pages took forever to load!!! After messing with it for a while, I just gave up because it was way harder than it needed to be!!!
